Orders over ₨4,999 ship free. A delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.

Delivery time depends on your city. If you'd like an update on your order, message us on WhatsApp.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
• JazzCash or EasyPaisa: send the payment using the account details shown at checkout, then enter your transaction ID. We check the transaction ID before we ship your order.

Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, free of charge, if it meets these conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To start an exchange or return, contact us with your order details and the item involved. We'll tell you how to send it back. Once we receive and check the item, we'll confirm your exchange or refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
